Data deletion

How to delete your ZipXO account and the personal data connected to it, including data from Instagram or Facebook.

If you can sign in

  1. Open Settings, then Delete account.
  2. Type DELETE to confirm.
  • Your profile is hidden immediately.
  • You can restore the account by signing in within 30 days.
  • After that window, personal data is removed from active systems.
  • Encrypted backups and logs are cleared within 90 days.
  • Payment, tax, and dispute records may be kept where Indian law requires it.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@zipxo.com. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours.

Instagram or Facebook

Remove ZipXO in your Instagram or Facebook settings to stop future collection from Meta. Data ZipXO already stored follows the steps above.
